Extras need your approval.If more work is found, we quote it first. Nothing extra goes ahead without your written approval, except making an emergency safe.
Proof, then invoice.Photos, completion notes and certificates are checked before we invoice, on one consolidated invoice.

Response times are agreed with each client and set out in your service agreement.

A monthly management fee covers your helpdesk, coordination and reporting. Contractor works are charged on top, at transparent rates agreed up front.

Steadmark was founded in Cork to solve a problem every growing business knows. You have buildings that need looking after, but not enough scale to justify a full-time facilities manager. So the job falls to an owner, an office manager or the finance team, who end up chasing tradespeople, comparing quotes and losing track of certificates. We take that off your plate.

We don't just pass on a phone number. We own each job from the first call to completion, manage the contractors who do the work, and hold them to clear standards on response, safety, quality and cost.

Local first. We're starting in Cork and Munster on purpose. Strong local contractor coverage means faster, more reliable response, and we'll only expand when we can keep that standard.
